Refund Policy

Please read all the conditions below.

MACPC TRADER reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request. Please make your claims for “damaged items on delivery” or missing items within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

Is My Product Eligible For Return?

All of the products sold on MACPC TRADER are eligible for returns, if not stated otherwise on the product page. Some products may not be eligible for returns due to the nature of the product. These may include assembled PCs (as the components are unboxed to be used in the computer assembly).

If you decide to return your purchase, you can do so within 14 days after your purchase. The following conditions apply:

1. The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened
2. If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect
3. If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned too

If your item is eligible for a return, you will be able to raise the return request through the Order History page in your MACPC TRADER user account. MACPC TRADER returns team shall contact you within 24 hours for claim validation. After confirmation, we will send a courier to collect the item to be returned from you.

Cancelling An Order

To request for order cancellation, please notify us either by phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat, or through our social media pages. If you decide to cancel the order, please do so as soon as possible.

If you could let us know the reason for cancellation, we will improve our service and perhaps do things a little better next time.

Payment Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2-4 working days after the product is returned, inspected, and is accepted for a return. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Refunds to a credit/debit card may take up to 10 business days to arrive. Refunds to a bank account usually take 1-5 business days to arrive to your bank account.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Accidents happen. Whether you ordered the wrong part or realized afterwards that you wanted to upgrade, MACPC TRADER offers a no-hassle return and exchange policy to help you get the right product you need for your system. Unless it is specifically stated on a product page, the following policy applies to all MACPC TRADER online purchases.

Exchange or Return is possible only within 7 days from the date of delivery subject to the terms herein.

No Exchange or Return shall be made without the Original Invoice & Warranty Card provided and the product (including the unit carton) is returned unused and unopened (original seal not broken) along with accessories & FOC (Free of Cost) items, if applicable.

No Exchange or Return shall be made for the following product categories: Software, Cartridges & Toners.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For returns, it is the customer’s responsibility to deliver the item back to MACPC TRADER Office.

For the customer’s convenience, MACPCTRADER may be able to provide an option for collection via courier at a nominal rate.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or bank account, within a certain amount of days.

Selected products as “On request” items are not possible to be returned.

Shipping costs on returned products would be your responsibility. Shipping costs charged upon your purchase are non-refundable. Ensuring that it’s not our responsibility, if at all MACPCTRADER is necessitated for paying shipping charges upon any return product/shipment then such charges will be deducted from the subjected refund amount.

These terms & conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the UAE as applied in the respective emirate.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

WARRANTY POLICY

We really hope that you’re happy with your purchase! Should you have a problem with your purchase, we offer a Standard Warranty that covers most items for up to 1 year to 3 years (mentioned in product description). In most cases, the warranty is provided by the official manufacturer and its service centre. This ensures that the product is managed by trained professionals and with utmost care.

For any products with an issue, the customer can go approach the respective brand service centre in the middle east or return the item at the MACPC TRADER Office. Also, we can arrange for a pick up that will be charged at a nominal rate.

TRADE RESTRICTIONS:

We hereby notify that www.macpctrader.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
